New Idea From America. In place of the Dormobile type of caravan the Americans have brought out a caravan unit for fitting into the pick-up models of Dodge and Chevrolet trucks. This outfit, pictured at Niagara Falls, Canada, was equipped with stove, lavatory, refrigerator and a host of other gadgets. There was ample room to sleep four (two couples) and the photographer (J.T.) was assured it was only a matter of a few minutes to let down the four stays or jacks from the caravan to permit the truck to be driven freely away.
