Tile Painting for Females The coloured wall tiles in the new refreshment rooms of the South Kensington School of Arts are being painted by female students , under an Art Master . During our visit some of the young artists were filling in spaces with pleasant fountains with rims that held stately peacocks . Others were producing panels of fruits and flowers in great profusion . We congratulate the Schools of Art on their success in thus affording a new and interesting occupation for talented young women 1870
