Miss England 1968 has a secret name. Jennifer Lowe, 22 year old secretary from Whitley, near Warrington, won the Miss England Contest at the Lyceum Ballroom, London, last night. Millions of TV viewers saw an "Unknown" blonde called Jennifer Summers win the Miss England contest last night - but after she has won she confessed that her real name was Jennifer Lowe, a veteran in the beauty contest game, she was Miss United Kingdom in 1966. She changed her names because when she entered beauty contests she explained "I'm pretty well known and councillors and people like that on local judging panels have a tendency to say "Oh, it's her again.
