The Initiating and Cycling units of ENIAC. The picture on the oscilloscope shows one of the fundamental electrical signals transmitted to all units of the machine. The bank of neon's above the scope correspond to the twenty different parts of an addition. Each of these parts represent 1/100,000 of a second.
