Geneva: The conference between the representatives of the Governments of India and Pakistan under the auspices of the United Nations representatives Dr Frank P. Graham on the Kashmir question opened her. The agenda of the conference is the implementation of the United Nations commission on India and Pakistan resolutions of August 13, 1948, and January 5, 1949.
