They were concluding a London round which included a walk in Kensington Gardens, a visit to the bank, and a call at a carpet shop - where they didn't buy. Then Greta, who is staying with the photographer at his Wiltshire home, went off to lunch with Mme Massigli, wife of the French Ambassador. - 17th November 1951
