Britons Are "Birthday Present"! The crowded scene at St Pancras, London, as a party of 437 Britons set off on the first stage of their journey to Brisbane, Australia. The migrants will sail this afternoon from Tilbury in the Orion which is making a special voyage to Brisbane for the 100th Birthday celebrations of Queensland state. A sign at the station greeted them with the words " Doorway to a Bright Future" and Australian girls gave them glasses of Queensland pineapple juice. 19th July 1959
