Three Red Army men, two officers and a Corporal, tonight told of serving conditions in the Red Army to a gathering at the Caxton Hall, London, arranged by the British Free Russian Movement. They have all escaped from behind the Iron Curtain during the past 12 months. 23-year-old Corporal Andrei Novzhitsky, flew into London tonight from Berlin. He was formerly a member of a Soviet Guards Regiment. Brigadier R. C. Firebrace, former British Military Attach矇 in Moscow, presided over the meeting. Photo shows Senior Lieutenant Mikhail Tulin, 27, Russian Military Intelligence man addressing the meeting at Caxton Hall. He came over to the West while serving in Germany last year. He joined the Red Army when he was 15. Fourth to his right he is 23-year-old Corporal Andrei Novozhitsky who flew from Berlin tonight. 6 December 1954
