The Duke of Windsor's action for alleged libel against William Heinemann Ltd. , the publishers, and Mr Geoffrey Dennis, the author respectively of the book 'Coronation Commentary was mentioned to Lord Hewart, the Lord Chief Justice, in the King's Bench Division, who 'reluctantly'allowed it to be withdrawn.
