From junior clerk to station master . Former Euston staff inspector appointed to St Pancras . Thirty years ago a junior clerk in the goods department of the old London North Western railway , Mr J B Dunkley has been appointed Stationmaster at St Pancras Staion , London . Mr Dunkley , who is 44 years of age , started work at the age of 14 and when the railways were amalgamated in 1924 , he was appointed head office to a similar position at Euston .
