While assembling of the frame works was still in progress the laying of concrete floor began; the volume of concrete laid exceeds 40,000 cubic metres. Floors, joists and pillars were concreted simultaneously in several stories of every work zone. To ensure saftey of work, suspended ladders, cradles and footways with railings were emplyed. A new was spread below the whole storey on which work was in progress. During the 110 days the framework was being assembled there was no accident.
