Semyon Volfkovich - Member USSR Academy of Sciences, Stalin Prize Winner D. Chemistry, Vice Academician-Secretary of the USSR Academy of Sciences Chemistry Department. Author of 120 experimental works in the chemistry and technology of phosphorus, nitrogen, potassium and other elements and compounds. Made 40 inventions and wrote five text books and monographs.
