The Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Exhibition, opened at Olympia today by Mr Harold Wilson, President of the Board of Trade, shows many advantages in the preparation of food, brought about by the introduction of science in the kitchen. New electrical appliances and the introduction from America of frozen meals are features of the exhibition.
