SATELLITE, c1978. /nA European Space Agency test spacecraft, the International Sun-Earth Explorer B (ISEE-B) is mounted onto a NASA flight spacecraft, ISEE-A, for vibration tests at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland.
