A group of women carrying tea leaves on their backs in a tea garden in Srimangal in Moulvibazar district. Tea is a major industry in Bangladesh and grows in the low hills of Chittagong and Sylhet. The tea plantation workers in Sylhet are mostly ethnic Santals. Plucking is a specialized skill. Two leaves and a bud need to be plucked in order to get the best taste and profitability. Bangladesh.
