The night of Shab-barat, A Mughal lady is letting off fireworks on the night of Shab-barat, with her girl attendant standing beside her holding a dish with more fireworks. Shab-barat is held on the eve of the fourteenth day of the month of Shaban, on which a vigil is observed with prayers, feasting and illuminations.
