Those seated (from left) are: Hugh Richardson, Tsarong Shape, Basil Gould, Surkang Se, Norbhu Dhondup, Yutok Depon, Sidney Dagg, Evan Nepean, and William Morgan. Richardson (1905-2000) was a British Trade Agent stationed at Gyantse. Mission leader Basil Gould (1883-1956) was British Political Officer in Sikkim, Bhutan and Tibet from 1935 to 1945. Dagg and Nepean (1909-2002) were radio operators from the Royal Signals Corps of the British Army. Morgan was from the Indian Medical Service. Photographed on 26 November 1936.
