Glyn Diffwys stone bridge. 19th-century artwork of the view of the stone arch bridge over the River Ceirw (a tributary of the River Dee), near Corwen in North Wales. Known as the Pont-y-Glyn Dyffid, this bridge was then within the historic Welsh county of Merionethshire. It spans some 15 metres across a deep gorge down which the river flows over rocky falls. This view, celebrated for its beauty, was depicted by many artists. This artwork by Broughton dates from 1800.
