Urine drug test. Drug screen card that is used to test urine samples for the presence or absence of drugs. The five absorbent tips (upper left) should be dipped in the urine sample. The results of the chemical reactions will be seen in the windows on the left side of the card. A key (centre right) is given for interpreting the results. Two lines is a negative result. A positive test is the absence of line T. Line C is a control line and its absence invalidates the test. From top to bottom, the five tests are: amphetamines (AMP), benzodiazepines (BZO), cocaine (COC), methadone (MTD) and morphine derivatives (MOR) such as heroin. This is Surestep from Applied Biotech, Inc., of California, USA.
