This image was captured at night. The Tate Modern is housed in the renovated Bankside power station, it was opened in May 2000 and has since exhibited a wide selection of modern art. The Millennium Bridge was opened around the same time but had to be modified after experiencing severe wobbling problems from pedestrians matching its natural frequency.
