Trails left by moving rocks of Racetrack Playa, Racetrack Valley, Death Valley National Park. The 'sailing stones' have never been filmed in motion, and there are several theories on how they move. Wind and ice are thought to be the major factors. A stone may move only once in two or three years, developing a track that can last three to four years.
