Wales, Anglesey, Beaumaris. Beaumaris Castle and moat at dusk. The castle was built in 1295 as one of Edward l's 'iron ring' of castles but was never completed due to lack of funds and supplies. Many regard it as the finest Edwardian castle in Wales.
