Mugshot of Iva Toguri (1906-2006), Japanese-American who broadcasted from Japan to U.S. Troops in the Pacific theater, was one of 13 women speakers of American English, who were collectively known as Tokyo Rose. She was convicted of treason and served six years in a U.S. prison, but later pardoned by President Gerald R. Ford.
