Ejagham headdress. This headdress, or crest mask, was made by the Ejagham, or Ekoi, people of southeastern Nigeria. It is attached to a basket cap and worn on top of the head at ceremonies. The headdress is carved from a single piece of wood and covered with antelope skin. The curled horns represent a hairstyle.
